Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a service line advisor
This is a 4-month contract based in Zurich
Main responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for competent advice on questions and find suitable solutions
- Forward further questions (outside your subject area) to other colleagues inside the team
- Use your language skills to help our customers
Your skills:
- Fluent in German, English. Italian and French are a plus
- Experience in the banking sector, or in the assurance sector or in a Contact Center/ Call Center
- Interest in advising customers by phone (in a large number)
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to present complex issues orally
