Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12+ months, then chance of contract extension

Location: 1 day per week at the office in Zürich is a must. Rest of the time remote work possible (only allowed within Switzerland)

Workload percentage: 60-100%

Key Responsibilities:

• Translating & challenging requirements into a UX concept incl. initiating user research, benchmark analysis and ideation for design, flows and information architecture
• UX requirements for acceptance criteria
• Design of low fidelity wireframes/prototypes
• Enable, challenge, and develop low fidelity wireframes/prototypes from Experience Managers, POs, PMs, etc.
• Design of high-fidelity visuals/prototypes
• Qualitative testing and approval of final implementation
• Initiation and monitoring of qual./quant. user testing
• Use data to develop (new) designs, optimise them and test their success
• Design a consistent user experience with a view to the entire digital E2E journey
• Ensure compliance with design guidelines
• Demand compliance with accessibility guidelines
• Enablement, support, and review/quality check of the implementation of new designs in the development teams.

Your Skills:

• Degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction or similar
• Up to 5 years of professional experience in digital product or UX/UI design (ideally in telco industry)
• Very good Figma skills
• German and English knowledge is a must
