Overview of contract:
On behalf of our client, a large bank, we are looking for a Senior Software Developer - Backend to join a fun and vibrant team. Location is Zürich or St. Gallen.
This is a fixed term contract until 31.12.2023. Start date is January 2023.
Main responsibilities:
- Co-development in a Scrum team with frontend and backend colleagues as a feature team in stream provision & creation (V&A)
- Provision of a new infrastructure for investment and pension advice
- Deployment of new software based on the Aixigo platform
- Provision of services for peripheral systems in investment and pension consulting
Your expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- 5+ years of work experience as developer
- Knowledge of financial services, investing, and consulting
- Very strong knowledge of Kafka, Camunda, Kubernetes/Openshift, Java/Kotlin, and Spring
- Knowledge of Aixigo would be advantageous
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
- Fluent German and English are a must
