On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter/talent acquisition specialist to join an international team with focus on compliance and regulatory recruitment as well as cooperate functions. Main responsibilities:

  • you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process (need analysis - vacancy/advertisement - sourcing strategy - evaluation/selection - offer) and develop solutions in demanding recruitment-specific topics
  • You will be responsible to recruit senior profiles, finding the right talent for specialized profiles from around the globe and advise Hiring Manager in all recruitment related aspects incl. complex offer details/ tailoring compensation packages and managing challenging international hire/transfer cases while ensuring alignment to recruiting strategy and policy
  • You will process applications and interact with candidates actively as well as collaborate with internal key stakeholders of your area of coverage
  • To succeed in the long run, you will build a constant pipeline of area-specific profiles in collaboration with Hiring Managers as well as the Sourcing team and act as a brand ambassador at various internal and external events
  • As the Senior Specialist on Recruiting topics, you will also lead/advise on complex Campus Program management cases and are responsible for budget/allocation of Campus hiring targets within assigned business areas
  • Once you have settled in your new role you will also have to opportunity to deputize the current Recruiting Team Leader and gain experience in leading the overall team during his/ her absences (this only applies to the person once we decide to bring somebody onto a permanent contract )
  • You ensure strict adherence to policies/guidelines in all activities and data integrity in order to strive for operational excellence and to avoid operational risks
  • You participate in/lead local and global recruiting projects/initiatives and analyze recruitment metrics/reports as requested
  • Additionally you will be part of an international team environment with a positive spirit for continuous development

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

  • A completed higher education (University/ FH or HF) or equivalent education
  • Hands-on experience as a Senior Recruiting Partner (five years minimum) and aptitude in experienced recruitment in a global in-house environment and matrix organization
  • Initiative and flexible personality with consulting, influencing and strong interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Professional and confident manner at different levels and cultures, are able to build relationship and gain confidence, respect and trust
  • Independent and well-structured working practice and able to manage multiple priorities and to cope with pressure in hectic times
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
