On behalf of our client, a data analytic company in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter, with proven experience in headhunting. Are you a passionate Recruiter who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? If yes, then please have a look at the details below:
Main responsibilities:
- Full recruitment process from A-Z
- Single point of contact for all recruitment related topics
- Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management
- Recruit and attract highly qualified candidates
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates
- Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives
Your profile:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or equivalent such as HR-Fachmann/-Fachfrau
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for technical positions in Data Analytics, AI and BI fields
- Experience in headhunting as well as active sourcing
- Good network for technical candidates and ability to grow the network
- International background
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent writing and oral communication skill in English; German or French is a plus
