Senior COUPA Consultant (Implementation and Roll-out project)

Location: Zurich
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (+ possible ext.)

Experis IT Switzerland is urgently looking for a Senior COUPA Consultant to join one of their clients in Zurich, a globally renowned organization with a fantastic brand! For this role we are looking for a candidate ideally with experience in a similar role to start as soon as possible who can speak fluent English.

Coupa Skills required and key responsibilities include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Coupa application with 1 full life cycle implementation in Coupa P2P solutions.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement function in ERP or Coupa application.
  • Good understanding of source to contract, category management as it pertains to sourcing and procurement processes
  • Expertise with COUPA Procurement process, Should have worked on sourcing ,Catalog management, Supplier management, Shopping cart (Purchase requisition), Purchase order Sourcing (RFX,RFI, RFP) contract management, User access
  • Punch out CatLog management.
  • Deep category knowledge in indirect/direct categories (e.g. IT, Telecom, HR, Marketing, Facilities, MRO, Professional Services, Travel, etc.)
  • Configuring approval process in Coupa.
  • Connecting with Coupa for technical help.
  • Handel Coupa upgrade release activities.
  • Should understand the integration with multiple systems.
  • Design, Development, Integration, testing and deployment Coupa configuration setting Ability to lead initiatives and people toward common goals.
  • Addressing both strategic and operational Sourcing and Procurement topics
  • Executing Supplier Enablement methodology (Supply Base segmentation, Communications, Connectivity).
  • Ability to support and execute on delivery of large sourcing projects end to end

  • Proven ability and experience in interacting with business leads to define implementation strategies, business requirements and solution design related to procurement processes
  • Defines processes to optimize work and avoid re-work

  • Lead work with client stakeholders to understand, gather and document their requirements
  • Organizes and manages work effort of self and others to provide quality service in a productive and cost-effective manner

  • Procure-to-Pay Process Transformation, Supplier Relationship Management including Contract Management, and Spend Management Solution
