Senior Business Support/ Process Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Senior Business Support/ Process Manager to drive forward a specific internal project.

Main responsibilities

  • Driving Board activities through multiple action points, e.g. liaising with the involved parties in a consistent and constructive manner to create knowledge, collect information and to inform interested people and entities.
  • Assisting an overall Project team of 15 Senior and core members

Your skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years Banking knowledge and Business management
  • Experience in organizational design and set up desirable.
  • Experience in Private Banking preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office suite (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)
  • The ability to successfully interact with Senior Management
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English a must, good German knowledge a plus.
