Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to join one of their clients, a world-renowned company. For this permanent assignment based in Zürich, we are in search of an English-speaking candidate who is available in a short notice.

Daily Tasks

• You will be responsible for driving forward the further implementation and continuous development of agile methods in the community
• Coaching development teams in terms of content and implementation of Scrum ceremonies will be a daily task
• You must be able to coach organizations and work as an agile coach
• In addition, you record and visualize KPIs for team efficiency and the intended customer benefit of product development
• Continuously analyzing and improving the development process to increase efficiency and monitor the quality of the delivered software within suitable agile procedures will be a key responsibility

Profile:

• Educated to Degree level in Computer Science or equivalent
• SAFe certified with proven experience
• Extensive experience of agile procedures, methods and frameworks
• Previous experience in working with agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, VersionOne or Rally
• Fantastic oral and written communication skills at all echelons
• Fluency in English is a must
