On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Reporting Specialist with good IT/ Microsoft Suite skills.
Overview of the project:
- The candidate is required to take lead of the end to end management of the Reporting service project that went live in Fall 2020. The person would need to ensure that the bank attains its fiduciary and regulatory duty of meeting the directive obligations.
Responsibilities:
- End to end management of the Reporting service
- The candidate must ensure that disclosure requests are forwarded to Financial Intermediary clients and the bank fulfils its reporting obligation to the relevant counterparties on time
- The candidate will engage regularly with Group Operations and Regulatory Project Change providing feedback on the service and input around potential process enhancements.
Skills:
- Experience in handling data (in particular CID)
- Banking experience, ideally operations (asset servicing, custody), Middle Office, or regulatory reporting
- Highly diligent, precise, organised, structured work attitude
- Highly beneficial: Understanding of Swift (RMA setup, ISO messages) and/or client on-boarding processes
- Languages: English, German is a plus
