My client is a global multi metals business well known worldwide and having a plenty of offices in Europe, Americas and Australia. With more than 2000 people worldwide, this company is an active major actor.

In order to support the growth, my client is looking for a Regional Transformation Officer.

The Regional Transformation Officer will be instrumental in the development and delivery of the long term business strategy for our client.

Your tasks :

Responsible for reporting the pipeline of initiatives across the region whilst also:

  • Challenges the status quo by assisting Workstream Sponsors to find new opportunities
  • Manages the pipeline of initiatives by supporting, coaching and challenging Initiative Owners and other stakeholders
  • Drives the Transformation (cadence) process day to day in their region with all stakeholders
  • Serves as an additional point of support and contact for site transformation managers and site management teams to discuss, support and resolve issues
  • Liaises with the Central Transformation Office on behalf of the site and regional leadership
  • Engages with key stakeholders
  • Coaches site transformation managers and management team members

Profile to be shortlisted:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5-10 years of continuous improvement/ strategic transformational change experience at operational and corporate levels preferable - preferably in mining, manufacturing or other heavy industry
  • Experience in successfully developing, implementing, and delivering transformational change initiatives in a multi-cultural/ national environment preferable
  • Experience/knowledge in continuous improvement/ business analysis methodologies & processes including a proven level of financial acumen that can be shown to have been applied in previous projects cultural/ national environment preferable

The role will support the coordination, analysis, and tracking of Full Potential initiatives across the region. You will work closely with regional stakeholders (at all levels) to continuously identify further opportunities and drive them to completion.
