On behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist, who is eager to join an international and dynamic team in Vaud, Switzerland.

Location: Zug, remote work not possible
Sector: Pharmaceuticals
Languages: Fluency in English and ideally also German
Area: International Logistics and Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Assistance with meeting or exceeding all cGMP regulations to ensure high quality of Bulk Drug Substance
- Oversight of manufacturing process and logistics management such as warehousing and shipping
- Support of quality key metrics and analysis for operations
- New product introduction and project implementation
- This role is heavily focused on operations and business processes within a GMP environment
- LEAN, Six Sigma environment
Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with facility construction, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency with Quality Systems and business processes related to automation and integration of testing / production systems
- Experience leading projects within a large matrix organisation
- Excellent command of MS-Office, as well as Visio
- Prior experience working with drug substances (or API) and drug products is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical facilities, utilities, equipment and processes
- IT: Trackwise, LIMS, Delta V, Syncade
