Are you a Project Officer with a background in in transformation and business model/process re-engineering in international organizations, development agencies or multinational companies/private sector? Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Project Officer to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

The team you will be working with will contribute to the following :-

• Maximize investments in program delivery
• Focus the Clients engagement at strategic, regional and country levels
• Enhance regional approaches to cross-border public health challenges
• Leverage additional funding from other actors
• Increase the allocative efficiency of investments
• Incentivize performance and focus on outcomes
• Drive efficiency in operations

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:

• At least five years of professional experience, including in transformation and business model/process re-engineering in international organizations, development agencies or multinational companies/private sector
• Experience with project management methodology
• Experience and expertise in business model design, analysis, implementation and roll out in complex, multi-disciplinary and diverse environments
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and stakeholder buy-in
• Experience implementing organizational change using change management techniques
• Understanding of the grant lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with country-facing portfolio management or in-country implementation
