Key Responsibilities:
- Support agile delivery of strategic global projects of Ethics & Compliance (E&C)
- Enable prioritization and coordination of E&C projects and activities by providing transparency on the progress of work
- Think creatively and entrepreneurially about additional improvement opportunities to our E&C operations, and raise them for consideration/prioritization within the E&C portfolio of initiatives
- Work on establishing underlying processes that enable agile ways of working
- Support other activities/actions prioritized by the Global Ethics and Compliance Leadership team as needed
- Champion agile transformation by providing agile capability building and training to project teams across E&C (ad hoc coaching, or project participation). Including familiarity with key agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum)
You bring:
- At least 4 years experience in management/strategy consulting in the pharma industry
- Experinece in Scrum (you will be coaching other colleagues)
- Agile certification, or experience working/leading agile teams
- Ethics & Compliance experience, including Global / international experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
