On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Manager (compliance, banking) with proven experience in front to back processes with excellent communication skills. Main responsibilities:

  • Support as a project manager from Compliance Operations side to implement the additional scope which requires close collaboration with the Digital Workflow (DWF) project team on Front Office side as well as the alignment with Front Office
  • Drafting and establishing concepts and plans, analyzing procedures, providing possible solutions, organizing workshops
  • Dealing with different stakeholders, ensuring proper communication,
  • Implementing and rolling out a new procedure based on an established Business Integration
  • The role will cover the more administrative PMO tasks such as providing status reports, planning meetings, writing meeting minutes

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-7 years of Project Management experience
  • Extensive experience from front to back process (entire lifecycle)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to communicate on senior level too
  • Finance / Banking background
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills to grasp and draft concepts
  • Experience and willingness to carry out the more administrative PMO tasks as well
  • Good Computer literacy: PowerPoint, Excel skills (knowledge on pivot tables will be needed)
  • Ability to not only execute but really drive and plans a topic
  • Fluent English language knowledge
