For this temporary assignment based in Zurich, we are in search of a English-speaking candidate. Start is ASAP, duration is 7 months with high opportunity of extension. The workload is 100%.

Overview:

  • Emailing and diary management, schedule meetings.
  • Providing support to the management team by scheduling travel arrangements, coordinate team meetings and customer events.
  • Ensuring meetings are organized and agenda are set to meet with internal and external stakeholders
  • Taking care of department meeting schedules, including scheduling, coordinating agenda and documentation, collecting meeting materials and taking meeting minutes
  • Arranging business critical internal/external events
  • Providing support to team members in relation to HR and IT topics.
  • Implementing process and initiating continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Acting as point of contact for internal/external enquiries, initiating action and makes judgments about urgency of issues.
  • Supporting with the onboarding of new starters.
  • Responding proactively to changing circumstances and competing priorities within strict deadlines.


Required key skills:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative tasks
  • A team player
  • Service-minded, business-driven and structured approach to works tasks
  • Excellent English language and ICT skills (any other language is a plus)
  • Project management skills are a plus but not mandatory
  • Excellent in Microsoft

Fluent English, and additional language is a plus (German, French, Italian)
