Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Project Coordinator to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
The Project Coordinator will work under the lead of the Senior Fund Portfolio Manager.
You will support the composition of peer review teams, the planning of peer review missions, onboarding of peer review team members; you will support discussions among peers and country teams in preparation of missions, ensure peer review team members reports are timely uploaded on SharePoint, and coordinate timely synthesis of outcomes per country.
You will participate in country missions as relevant, and provide assistance as needed to peer review team on mission when not taking part to the mission, build templates and questionnaires for the country review process, compile assessments for all countries, document lessons learned.
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you are / have:
- Experience with project management methodology
- Experience coordinating between cross-divisional teams
- Experience providing systems-support to business users
- Experience in data quality checks
- At least five years of professional experience,
- Knowledge of Salesforce Platform
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (VBA programming would be a plus) and Powerpoint
- High quality written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual written & spoken English and French
