Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, one of the leading financial institutions in Zurich, we are looking for a Program Coordinator to support the Learning & Development Project Manager.

This is a long term contract with the potential for a permanent role.

Main responsibilities

• Support Key Account Manager, Team Leader and Senior Program Managers in the coordination of training initiatives
• Support for planning, setup and implementation of training initiatives
• Optimize process flows, electronic and virtual tools used to keep up to date, simplify, or improve processes
• Independently organize and adjust training events as necessary
• Record relevant data and information in the learning management system

Your skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position

• Very strong organisational skills and good in maintaining an overview even in hectic phases
• Ability to work on various projects with different tasks in parallel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially PowerPoint and Excel as well as virtual training tools such as Zoom, MS Team, Skype, etc.
• Experience in the financial industry - banking or insurance is a plus
• Fluent in English and very good knowledge of German
