Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Project Coordinator to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
You will support the IT Portfolio activities: ensuring that the project actuals are correctly tracked. This includes, gathering IT actual costs, supporting specific deliverables, scheduling, organizing, data gathering, progress updating, recordkeeping, and reporting
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- Qualifications in the field of accounting and/or project management, or relevant equivalent experience
- Work experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator , Financial Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle
- Knowledge of ServiceNow
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
