Project Coordinator - 12 months contract


Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Project Coordinator to join one of their clients, an international company. For this temporary assignment based in Zürich, we are in search of a candidate who is available as of January 2021.

Key responsibilities breakdown:

  1. Projects Coordination (40 %)
  • Support Divestment Leads with implementation of specific tasks:
    • Weekly reporting of all divestiture projects (collection and consolidation of information into one report)
    • Setting-up suppliers in the system (when a new contract is signed)
    • Coordination with QA, finance and external partner on the details needed
    • Sharepoint management (collection and upload of "epic" presentations to respective folders); communication to respective partners where to find key information
    • Facilitation of weekly meetings with the buyer (presentations, minutes taking, follow-ups on action items)
  1. Management & team support (60 %)
  • Ensure Divestiture head is prepared for strategic business critical meetings, both internal and external
  • Establish robust governance structure and implementation mechanism
  • Organization and facilitation of key leadership events,
  • Facilitation of external and internal leadership meetings (JSC, SLT, Crisis management reviews etc)
  • Booking of meeting rooms, hospitality etc
  • Support with raising Purchase requisitions
  • Support with onboarding new hires (collaborate with HR, IT, HR Ops groups)
  • Update Org charts, draft welcome / introduction messages
  • Distribute weekly reports to the Divestiture team and senior management team


Your profile:

  • University Degree or higher education: commercial or technical
  • Minimum 5 years in a pharmaceutical environment (ideally in biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry)
  • You bring strong project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills required to develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
  • Excellent collaboration management, operational decision making skills and goal-orientation
  • Prior experience of working in an international firm, complex environment
  • IT Skills: MS Office Suite + Project, Visio
  • Communicative & team player type
  • German & English - Fluent written and spoken;


Location: Zürich
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 1 year contract with further chance of contract extension
