One of our clients, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Basel, Switzerland, is looking for a Professional Project Coordinator & Communications Developer to join their team for a 3.5 month contract with a possibility of extension.

Job summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator and Communications Developer to contribute to an ongoing project which is assessing the forthcoming migrations and implementation of a new electronic controlled content management system. You will support the project in two key areas, firstly in the "Delivery Approach, Strategy and Communication" work stream and secondly in the PMO.

The following scope has been identified:

  • Document the requirements for the solution that would be able to fulfil a set of harmonized and standardized business processes between different business areas
  • Go through a RFx process to recommend a vendor(s)/product(s) to implement the solution that would fulfil the above-mentioned requirements
  • Work with the different business areas (Pharma Development, Pharma Technical, and Diagnostic Quality) to determine the detailed and concrete scope, costs and timelines for the first implementation project that would set up the platform in production
  • Prepare a strategic roadmap on how other electronic document management platforms may converge into this platform

At this stage, the project is preparing a Proof of Concept with the selected vendor(s) and is scoping the first implementation project proposal.

Your tasks & responsibilities

  • Management of the project GSite
  • Creation of regular project newsletters
  • Manage the relationship to strategic initiatives around the project
  • Preparation of workshops and meetings
  • Management and tracking of RAID log and project deliverables
  • Support conceptual work on the agile delivery approach and its governance
  • Support in creation of the business case for a future implementation

What you must have

  • +5 years' experience in Project Coordination and Communication
  • Experience in virtual, international team settings
  • Business-fluid in English, both verbally and in writing (communication is completely in English)
  • Cross-functional communication and negotiation skills

Nice to have

  • Pharma experience
  • Experience in Agile
  • Experience on Document/Content Management domain
  • CSV background and experience in working with GxP environment
  • Experience with Asana and Google Drive/Google productivity suite
