Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Project Manager / Product Owner to oversee an IT scrum team within the Compliance operations, Client Risk and general KYC areas of the bank for an 8 month contract based in Zurich.
This is an 8 month contract and we are looking for candidates who are availble for an immediate start
Main responsibilities
- Representing the business stakeholders for the process design and implementation
- Defining features, epics and user stories and prioritizing them for agile development
- Engaging with key stakeholders of Compliance, Digital Banking, Front Office, Tax, Regulatory, Operations and General Counsel.
- Aligning the business analysis and requirements engineers
- Approving / rejecting the implementations by the IT team
- Management and conceptual set-up of end-to-end requirements with a Business perspective
- Involved in program management related activities, e.g. status reporting, adoption tracking, preparation of program related presentations / documents
Your skills:
- 10+ years of experience with Project Management or a similar position
- Agile Project Management & Delivery within the Financial Industry
- Strong understanding of key business processes in the Financial Industry, especially in the regulatory space
- Ability to deal with different cultures and locations (Onshore, Nearshore, Offshore)
- Excellent English and ideally knowledge of German
- Ideally some experience in KYC or client onboarding is of high advantage
