Process Engineer with BMP
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Process Engineer to join one of their clients, a well renowned global consulting company. For this temporary assignment we are in search of an English-speaking candidate who is available to start in December and ready to work in Zurich.
Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate process related workshops
- Interview staff and capture concepts in ARIS as BPMN diagrams
- Define, design, and implement process compliance procedures to support successful organizational change
Your profile:
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role
- Prior experience in process analysis and/or a change management background
- Prior experience with ARIS is a must have
- Skilled with:
- facilitating workshops, fostering idea generation, interviewing people and capturing concepts in ARIS as BPMN diagrams
- understanding of and experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma
- SDLC and DevOps environments
- You are comfortable to work independently as well as in a team and generate new ideas and provide process documentation
- Fluency in English
- Team player with strong communication skills across all levels of technical and managerial experience
- You bring strong analytical skills

Start Date: December 2020
Duration: 1 year contract with a possibility of contract extension
