On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Process Engineer (SOX processes) with extensive experience in legal projects. Are you a passionate Process Engineer who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? If yes, then please have a look at the details below:

Main responsibilities:

  • Play an instrumental role (in collaboration with CRO Change as a lead in this area) in defining and implementing robust and stable end to end process in order to support fundamental change in the accounting for credit losses
  • Define, design and implement key risks and key controls for Finance Impairment processes to ensure compliance with appropriate internal and external regulations
  • Develop and execute required training session with adequate supporting material
  • Together with IT, define robust testing strategy to effectively cover and steer Finance testing efforts
  • Transparently coordinate and support testing roadmap/activities/logistics within Finance area
  • Preparation of adequate process documentation

The skills and experience needed for these positions are:

  • Over 7 years of experience as project manager in a large scale global regulatory project
  • Similar extensive experience in global end-to-end process with detailed and robust SOX processes
  • Ability to work under high pressure and independently
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Very strong analytical, problem solving skills and critical thinking
  • Excellent organisational and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, German is an advantage
