Private Sector Engagement Consultant

Are you a PSE Consultant with 7 to 10 years of professional experience in the delivery, contracting, service design, project planning and mobilisation, direct management, and contractor management of services delivered under contract to government, or NGOs using outcomes-based, performance-based, pay-for-results, or activity-based contracts and are you looking for your next challenge ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Private Sector Engagement Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

Some of the role's responsibilities will include managing as per the agreed result framework, chairing and coordinating the project management board to ensure performance of all programs is formally reviewed and reported on, managing the PSE budget (c $9 million), adjust the implementation of the project management system as needed.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• A significant track record of leadership in:

  • Program implementation for vulnerable individuals
  • Experience of performance management of contracts.
  • managing multiple workstreams across different domains and technical specialties. Agile management is outcomes-based, performance-based, pay-for-results, or activity-based contracting.
  • Experience in the strategic design, mobilization, and oversight of performance management systems at a senior level while working for a client. This should include strong experience in change management, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and corporate diplomacy. Management and implementation consultancy preferred.
• Project management qualifications - either master's degree or PMP
• Agile certification
• Management experience in an organization delivering frontline services, in the public or non-state sector, where there was a clear performance focus, for example it was an outcomes-based contract
• Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
