On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a PMO Banking (KYC, Compliance) with proven experience working with KYC Upgrade projects and cost controlling. Are you a passionate Project Officer who is looking for a new and exciting challenge? If yes, then please have a look at the details below:

Main responsibilities:

  • Act as Coordinator / Project Officer for KYC rollout in specific foreign group divisions / companies (entities)
  • Analysis of specific KYC organizational set-up of entities and coordination of gap analysis between current level of KYC requirements vs. Global minimum standards
  • Elaborate solution options (coordination of IT and process solutions) for KYC Upgrade in coordination with local and global front management and program management
  • Progress and issue tracking
  • Support Project set-up / implementation / roll-out to entities
  • Supervise and support local rollout project manager and facilitate with SMEs (assumption that there is a local dedicated Project Manager for each entity in scope)
  • Key stake holder management
  • Support Programme PMO specifically for cost controlling (invoice controls, budget comparison, forecasting) on established xls based work environment

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in project management function within the management consulting or financial service industry, preferably private banking (Business projects)
  • Solid experience and strong skills in business analysis, process analysis and process design
  • Experience in collaboration with IT and business for process and tool adaptations
  • Strong knowledge in Compliance/AML/KYC
  • Experience in PMO activities, namely cost control of a larger programme or project
  • High level of integrity, discretion and trustworthiness
  • Strong personality with good organizational and management skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse business processes and issues and define solutions
  • Capacity to handle multiple and possibly conflicting tasks, internal demands and international requirements, dealing with stakeholders and (project) management
  • Fluency in English and German, Portuguese is an advantage
