Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services institution in Zürich, we are looking for a PL1 Developer
This is a 12-month contract based in Zurich
Main responsibilities
- Analysing Business requirements and transforming it to software specification in close collaboration with solution architect
- Managing requirements provided by business product owner and consulting business engineers in technical areas as well as challenging business requirements
- Reviewing of documentation and specification plus supporting test managers in creating test cases based on business and technical requirements
- Improving processes, technical infrastructure, architecture and participating in Mainframe to DevOps initiative
- Providing planning input regarding requirements engineering project activities to the PO and Scrum master
- Supporting the team in on call support activities
Your skills:
- 5+ Years of working experience in PL1 Software development on mainframe architecture
- Strong experience with DB2 data bases, Control-M and JCL
- 2+ years' experience in requirements engineering of IT solutions
- Knowledge in EJB, JMS, web and RESTful services JEE 7, Spring 4 and JPA (Hibernate)
- Relational database (Oracle) and SQL knowledge
