My client is one of the fastest growing pharmaceutical businesses in Switzerland and is looking for a Pharma Operational Processes Expert for its office in Basel. My client is requesting a highly skilled individual who specializes in application-operations and can meet target deadlines. If you are interested in the position, then please check the criteria below:

Role:

- Run the assessment across all the sites & labs
- Capture interview feedback, prioritize and assess root causes
- Capture required information and raise tickets
- Agile project-planning, communication and thorough control
- Work with the IT & local automation teams and technical experts on remediation tasks
- Monitor progress on remediation tasks and check customer satisfaction

Skills:

- Previous working experience in application-operations and/or infrastructure related topics within a pharmaceutical / highly-regulated environment
- Fluent in English and verbal German skills
- Good knowledge of operational processes & tools
- Managing of complexity and well organizing multi-team & domain topics
- Proven IT project-management skills (Planning & control) with agile / Scrum methodology
- Strong drive to success and removing roadblocks whilst keeping a positive attitude

Location: Basel, Switzerland

Start Date: November 1st 2019

End date: April 30th 2020

Workload: 50%
