On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for an eLearning Consultant to work 30-40%.
Main responsibilities:
- Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
- Work with subject matter experts to identify target audience's training needs
- Visualise instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
- Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc)
- Testing of E-learning courses
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
Skills:
- Previous working experience in instructional or graphic design
- Experience of working with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline or any other authoring tool
- Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models
- Experience of working with video (Premiere)
- Fluency in English
