Operations Officer - short-term project

Experis IT Switzerland is in a search of an Operations Officer to join one of their clients, a well renowned bank. For this temporary role based in Zürich, we are in search of an English-speaking candidate who is available in a short notice.

Location: Zurich

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 4-6 months with further option of contract extension

Key responsibilities:

• Manage private bank client orders for issuance of standby letter of credit
• Issuance of covered Standby Letter of Credit instructed through bank´s branches
• Issuance of staff rental guarantees
• Monitor and resolve margin deficiency caused by client transactions transfer
• Act as the backup for fiduciary deposit trade executions

Your profile:

• Prior experience of working in a private bank, ideally in credit area
• You have strong knowledge of private bank products (banking & lending)
• You bring strong communication skills and prior experience in managing internal stakeholders
• You have customer service approach
• Ambitious and dynamic attitude
• Fluent English speaker
