Onboarding Specialist, Banking - Geneva

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join one of their clients, a well renowned organisation. For this temporary assignment based in Geneva, we are seeking an English speaking candidate who is available in a short notice

Key responsibilities:

• Support the onboarding / ABs in the process of opening new accounts in CEP LUX - 161 EGs to be migrated for which we need to:
  • Start with a "pilot" for accounts to be moved from CEP UK to CBNA London - approx. 30 accounts)
  • Prepare the account opening packs for the accounts in scope of Tulip (approx. 161 accounts)
  • Track consent pack sent to the clients
  • Manage client documentation once consent received
  • Ensure that all documentation has been obtained
  • Initiate the onboarding process in InView (SoW, Client data, corroboration documents, etc…)
  • Perform adequate quality checks on the client profile (before it goes to O&T)
• Support the process around permissible exceptions - 143 EGs in scope of permissible exceptions for which there is a need to:
• Ensure that all necessary documentation for the exception requests has been collected
• Ensure that all approvals were obtained from relevant parties and are well documented - including the non-objection from legal
• Act as point of contact for each exception request, liaising between Bankers, Legal, Business Risk and project Team
• Support asset migration
• Agree timelines with clients to migrate assets
• Migrate assets from CBNA branches and CIBS to CEP LUX

Your profile:

• +2 years of leadership experience in financial services or/and consulting areas
• KYC Onboarding of institutional clients is a significant advantage
• University Degree or higher education
• Knowledge in business administration and organization, project management and quality management
• Structured working methodology
• Ability to write reports professionally and understandably
• Can handle moderation and presentation techniques well
• Fluent knowledge of English, French is an advantage

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months contract with possibility of extension
