Contract role for 6 months - urgent

Our client, a well know company, is looking for some Infrastructure Network Service Manager / Project Manager.

Service Coordinator (Transition Manager)
+10 years experienced Service Manager with deep experience in complex service transition management.
Technical and Network background.
Responsible for coordinating the team and to guarantee correct delivery of the service with respect to agreed SLAs or SLOs. He will also be the Single Point of Contact for all operational aspects related to services.

Senior Service Manager
+10 years experienced Service Manager in Network, Communications and Connectivity Service areas (LAN/WLAN/WAN, Network Management, Network Security, Voice/Video, Mobility).
Experience in Tier1 supplier coordination and governance.
Leads service delivery in order to deliver contracted service commitments & continual service.
Leads the continual improvement of Service Delivery standards & practices.
Manages the Supplier service delivery team (Service Delivery Managers and Specialists). Accountable for crisis resolution and internal communication lead.

Program Manager
+7 years experienced Service and Program Manager. At least 4 years' experience in services transition management focus on Knowledge Transfer.
Technical and Network background.
Accountable for the knowledge transfer assurance and service transition tasks
