For a global client, we are looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Specialist to cover a maternity period until the end of 2021, with possibilities of extension.

Main tasks you will perform:

• Support the implementation of a new internal communications strategy
• Facilitate the sharing of content through the development of a campaign communications plan
• Track budget across segments
• Support global programs while influencing internal and external stakeholders to manage change

Who you are:

• You bring at least 5 years of experience and that allows you to step into your role quickly, without much supervision
• You have worked in a big global matrix organization and are used to dealing with external and internal partners, stakeholders, agencies, etc. in a professional way
• Professional experience in B2B, Communication and Digital Marketing
• Having worked in a highly regulated environment industry (pharma, chemical or similar) is a big plus
• As you will handle projects, your PM skills are sharp and accurate
• You are friendly to digital systems, softwares and programmes
• You have an international mindset and can communicate in English fluently
• Yes, you will work from home, but you can also be required to work on-site in Aargau. Therefore, proximity to your workplace is key.

Due to the current pandemic situation, candidates living in Switzerland and holding a Swiss permit, will be given priority.
