Theory of Change Consultant

Are you a Consultant with over 10 years' experience in strategic planning and/or M&E for organizations in the international development sector ? And are you looking for an exciting new opportunity ? If so, please have a look at the following details:

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Theory of Change (ToC) Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your role:

You will articulate and outline a conceptual model with a supporting narrative that will underpin the Clients future Strategy which is currently under development. The ToC will provide the foundation for the future M&E and KPI frameworks and will inform the operationalization of the future Strategy.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• Over 10 years' experience in strategic planning and/or M&E for organizations in the international development sector;
• Demonstrated experience designing and leading theories of change development processes, including translating large volumes of directional input into well-articulated theories of change in writing, visually and also translated into results frameworks;
• Demonstrated experience in connecting theories of change to implementation strategies and approaches; and
• Experience in leading and facilitating stakeholder consultative processes and workshops, including at the senior management level.
• Excellent written and oral English is required. Knowledge of French would be beneficial.
