On behalf of a leading pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, I am looking for a Logistics and Deployment Specialist with strong experience in IT Projects. This is a remote contract position. If you are interested in this role, then please check the criteria below:

Your Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Integrate a dynamic team working in the fast pace area of Digital Health
• Plan and coordinate end-to-end mobile device deployment workflows and logistics, including batch preparation and shipments
• Manage device deployments, focusing on logistics, shipment coordination and inventory management
• Plan and track equipment demand and provide input to purchasing process

What you must have:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics support
• 3+ years in device deployment management
• 3+ years of IT project experience
• Experience in cross border shipments (customs and tax documentation requirements)
• Strong focus on operational work
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to plan work ahead and manage and direct execution by others
• Skilled with technology (educational background also important)
• Quality mindset and attention to detail
• Process-oriented but still flexible
• Strong communication skills in English
• Logistics support experience within pharmaceutical industry
• Project-based work experience within the area of clinical development
• Good German skills, written and spoken will be a plus
