For this temporary assignment based in Neuchatel, we are in search of an English and French speaking candidate who is available in a short notice. Are you a passionate specialist who is looking immediately for a new and very exciting challenge in a big international company for 5+ months with possibility for extension? The skills and experience needed for this position are:

• At least 3 years experience recruitment best practices
• At least 2 years experience building relationships and consulting with Hiring Managers through the open requisition, sourcing, debrief and offer stages
• Working with client Hiring Managers and business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecast
• Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads
• Review, analyze, mentor and coach support teams to ensure recruiting goals are being met
• Participate in client meetings at the direction of the Operation Director and/ or Client Relationship Director
• Great communication skills, ability to work independently but also as a part of a team
• Ideally 5 days onsite, but can also be 3 days onsite + 2 days remote
• Fluent in English and French both written and verbal
