Project Manager, Laboratory Systems and Health Security

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for Laboratory Systems and Health Security Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

The Consultant will lead the management of the laboratory component and health security and ensure effective implementation to ensure value for money on the Client's investments in laboratory services and systems operations.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• Advanced university degree in Medicine, Public Health, Medical Biology, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Molecular Biology, Molecular Virology or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in laboratory services and the management of diagnostic products
• Strong experience in leveraging laboratory data to drive analytical decision making, producing advanced insights to inform strategy
• Experience monitoring analytics and metrics results, leveraging data to drive consensus with key stakeholders
• Knowledge of diagnostic services and the management of laboratory systems.
• Experience with international agencies on strengthening laboratory services and/or diagnostic product/equipment matters
• Experience in driving strategies in laboratory system strengthening in a resource poor setting at country level
