Experis is currently supporting our client, a global powerhouse in the technology sector, with their search for a junior Sales Operations Support Specialist to join their team in Zürich. The role is key for our client's local operations and is focused on supporting their team with processes and execution. I'm looking for you: a junior profile (around 3 years of experience in a similar role is sufficient), fluent German and having a background providing support in Sales Operations. What is it you'll have to do?
- Assist the current team with drafting contracts, approval workflows and helping them improve their efficiency
- Be a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding escalations and audits
- Managing data quality
- Work across teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist and support the sales management team with reporting and quota-setting
- Supporting and performing checks on leads
- Ensuring high-quality data
- Assist the local team with the invoicing process and invoicing issues
Your specific background:
- 3 years of experience within a comparable Sales Operations role experience from within the technology sector
- Solid understanding of operational and business processes
- Solution-oriented mindset: you are proactive
- Preference is for recent university graduates
- Languages: English + German (fluent), any other language capabilities will strengthen your profile
