For one of our clients, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a Junior Programmer / Database Designer with SBML experience.
This is a long-term contracting position starting in November until 11/2021.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Model and PK/PD Parameters database creation; Extract models; Digitize data
- Convert existing models into SBML compatible format
- Develop R-Shiny applications to facilitate quantitative data analysis
Must Haves
- Strong IT programming and database management skills (
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar position (ideally in a pharmaceutical environment)
- Strong knowledge and experience of R, SAS and Shiny
- Experience in data pooling and graphical representation
- Excellent understanding of SBML
- Experience in data digitization
- Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with the different functional groups
- Business fluency in English in written and spoken
