Are you a Junior Logistics consultant with minimum 3 years professional experience working on large high level in-person conferences or hybrid events (300 participants or more) and are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, please have a look at the following details:

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for Junior Logistics Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your role:
You will support the Client in preparing and managing logistics related to a high-level/high-profile event.

To deliver the required results, it's necessary that you have:

• Associates or equivalent degree in business administration, international development, international relations, political or social science, economics, or a related field
• 3 years professional experience in administration, international development and/or resource mobilization related areas
• Previous professional experience working on large high level in-person conferences or hybrid events (300 participants or more)
• Demonstrated diplomacy in dealing with individuals at a high-level
• Strong writing and word processing skills;
• Strong typing, spreadsheet, and database management skills;
• Proven IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and use of the internet essential
• An excellent knowledge of English and a good working knowledge of French
