Experis Switzerland is looking for an experienced Junior System Controller. It is a position based in Geneva for a major client in the Telecommunications sector.

Start Date and duration: 01/05/2021 bis 31/12/2021
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize daily management and execute all operational processes and procedures
- Prepare, initiate, execute and monitor production processing
- Operate, control and monitor ICT systems and services (in accordance with existing service level agreements)
- Ensure the maintenance of the infrastructure and the respect of the security rules in the domain of the infrastructure
- Locate and isolate failures, initiate fallback and escalation procedures at the third level or at the supplier; initiate and perform the necessary recovery, restart and restore procedures
- Manage and document exceptional situations and organize technical transition and fallback measures
- Initiate and monitor the necessary maintenance and security measures for the system
- Maintain operational processes and documentation
- Good level of French and German, English an asset
