One of our clients is looking for a IT Technician - VIP - Conference
Tasks :
- Provide troubleshooting
- Provide 1st, 2nd level supprot to the users
- Provide application support on MS Office
- Ensure all incidents are registered in the incidents tools
Experience / Qualifications:
- Very good skills in 2nd level support
- Very good communication skills
- very good skills in Windows
- Ability to work with ITIL methodology
- Very good level in French and English
