IT Supporter Specialist - German is required

Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking for an IT Supporter specialist to join one of our clients.

Location: Zurich

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent

You will support our client by:

• Providing Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support for end users, troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems
  
  
• Providing a general IT Support to stakeholders, customers and carrying out the IT onboarding process for new employees
  
  
• Supporting internal team and network administration primarily to the Zurich office
  
  
• Identifying opportunities for technological productivity improvements and providing recommendations on IT solutions
  
  

Your specific background:

• 5 years Service Desk/Helpdesk/Technical Support experience
  
  
• Bachelor's degree or work experience in Technical Support environments
  
  
• Fluent English and German
  
  
• ITIL certification preferred
  
  
• Knowledge of networking protocols and components is a plus
  
  

• Knowledge of remote desktop management tools
