Company : Very dynamic company in GenevaMission / Rôle : One of our clients is looking for a 2nd Level Support in IT.
- Provide troubleshooting- Provide 1st, 2nd level supprot to the users- Bring some patches for incidents resolution- manage IT equipements for the confcall- Maintain the IT equipments- Maintain the documentations- Ensure all incidents are registered in the incidents tools
Experience / Qualifications:
- Very good skills in 2nd level support- Very good skills with Windows, AD, Exchange- Very good communication skills- Very good skills in harware- Ability to work with ITIL methodology- Very good level in English
