For some upcoming positions we are looking for IT Support (German Speaking) with experience the following areas:
- Windows/Mac OS and GSuite Applications
- Remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g., Bomgar and ServiceNow)
- Fluency in German
- 1st and 2nd level support experience
- Knowledge of Agile (Scrum / SAFe)
