IT Solution Manager

Our client, a specialist in road freight transport wiith operatiions across the globe, is looking for a Solution Manager for their operations team in Geneva. To assist them with a phase of transformation the Solution Manager is in charge of all projects related to key functional applications.

Your objectives

• oversee the relationship with customers and suppliers within the perimeter of the communication interfaces (EDI).
• be the business point of contact for all integration flows and lead the team dedicated to their implementation.
• in charge of ddocumentation and validation of functional and technical analyses.
• ensure the transition from project mode to operational mode.

Required professional knowledge and skills

• In-depth knowledge and solid experience in the field of interfaces for
• communication (EDI) essential. International transport EDI formats
• Experience and prior knowledge of an integration platform
• Solid experience in project management
• Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN would be an asset)
• Good knowledge of Azure LogicApps and other Azure services, such as Azure Monitor
• Knowledge of the SAP environment (would be an asset)
• Managerial ability and team spirit
• Autonomy and writing ability in French and English at business level or bilingual is mandatory
