Your tasks

  • Ensuring the trouble-free operation of BMC ITSM Remedy and Atrium in compliance with the Service Level Agreements and the documentation (installation, operation, migration, backup, etc.)
  • Constant expansion and optimization of the ITSM system landscape including the automation of operations
  • Project work as well as assumption of sub-project management
  • Plan and deploy new versions and releases (LCM), including documentation
  • Assisting users in using the ITSM and Atrium as well as advising on interface issues
  • Further development of the solution design for specific requirements of our internal customers


your profile

  • Higher technical school
  • At least two to four years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
  • Scripting and programming (Bash, Python, Perl) is an advantage
  • Good technical understanding and comprehensive, analytical and conceptual skills to take over, monitor and develop an existing environment
  • Good knowledge of CMDB Administration, Atrium Integrator, Pentaho Spoon and BMC Web Services / Tool Integration
  • Good German and English
  • Dynamic, independent and committed personality
