Experis IT Switzerland is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join one of their clients based in Zurich for a temporary engagement. Due to business expansion, they are seeking a talented professional to join their existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Defining, shaping, leading and delivering the Solutions Service Management project
• Managing cost, time, milestones, scope, plan, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and benefits of the project and ensuring suitable controls are in place
• Managing internal and external stakeholders
• Developing project budgets. Responsible for performance against financial parameters and monitoring and reporting on projects
• Managing the work product of project-based resources and the day-to-day interactions with vendors etc

Your profile:

• Minimum 7 years of recent relevant experience in project management
• Prior experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module implementations
• Proven experience in:
  • delivery of large-scale technology transformation projects (i.e. global ServiceNow HR implementations)
  • Deep functional and technical expertise in HR processes and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module
• You bring strong organizational skills and facilitation skills
• You previously managed functional and technical project teams
• Strong understanding and mastering of Agile delivery methodology
• Prince 2 and/or ServiceNow (Sys Admin or Implementation) certified
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage

Duration: 15 months contract
