On behalf of our client, a global leading institution in Geneva, we are looking for a technical support manager :
Main responsibilities:
- Managing the end user team
- Being responsible of the end user experience
- Actively seek to identify and drive improvements and innovation
- Maintaining a good understanding of users needs/issues
The skills and experience needed for these positions are:
- 5+years experience as a manager and project manager
- Active Directory, Sharepoint, MDM, Azure
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Fluency in English (min c1)
Contract: permanent at 100%
Location : Geneva
