Gesuchte Skills:

• Sie haben fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von iOS Apps mit Swift, kennen die Best Practices der iOS Entwicklung und sind mit den Human Interface Guidelines von Apple vertraut.
• Sie sind in der Lage den CI/CD Prozess zu managen und haben daher in diesem Bereich schon mit verschiedenen Buildtools und Prozessen gearbeitet.
• Sie können komplexe technische Probleme auf eine für Laien verständliche Weise erklären.
• Sie wissen, wie man sofortiges, taktisches Handeln mit langfristiger, strategischer Planung in Einklang bringt. Dabei besitzen Sie ein agiles Mindset und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
• Sie zeigen Interesse an den neusten technologischen mobilen Entwicklungen und Trends (insbesondere im iOS aber auch im Android Umfeld)

Nice to have:

• Hands-on Erfahrung mit SwiftUI und Combine
• Hands-on Erfahrung in einer Backend Technologie

Rahmenbedingungen

• Die Teilnahme an sämtlichen Scrum-Meetings (Dailies, Planning&Estimation, Reviews, Retrospektive) ist zwingend.
• Die Arbeitszeit für ein Vollzeitpensum beträgt 40 Std. zu 8 Std. pro Tag. Im Rahmen des vereinbarten Pensums kann die monatliche Arbeitszeit flexibel geleistet werden.
• Das Arbeitsgerät (Laptop) muss vom eingesetzten Entwickler/in selber zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
• Es werden die üblichen Standard-Arbeitsmittel eingesetzt (Confluence, Jira, Microsoft 365). Die Lizenzen bzw. User Accounts stellen wir zur Verfügung
• Für die im Team eingesetzten Entwicklertools (IDE etc.) stelle wir die Lizenzen zur Verfügung.

Sprache:

• Fliessende, verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, schriftlich und mündlich zwingend.

Wanted skills:

- You have solid experience in iOS app development with Swift, know iOS development best practices and are familiar with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines.

- You are able to manage the CI/CD process and have therefore already worked with various build tools and processes in this area.

- You are able to explain complex technical problems in a way that is understandable to lay people.

- You know how to balance immediate, tactical action with long-term, strategic planning. At the same time, you possess an agile mindset and high quality awareness.

- You show interest in the latest technological mobile developments and trends (especially in the iOS but also in the Android environment).

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with SwiftUI and Combine

- Hands-on experience in a backend technology

- Open, committed and enthusiastic personality

General conditions

- Participation in all Scrum meetings (Dailies, Planning&Estimation, Reviews, Retrospective) is mandatory.

- Place of work is basically in Zurich Leutschenbach. Currently, in accordance with the home office recommendations of the Federal Council and the SRG, remote work is also possible or preferred.

- The working time for a full-time position is 40 hours at 8 hours per day. Within the scope of the agreed workload, the monthly working hours can be performed flexibly.

- The work equipment (laptop) must be provided by the assigned developer.

- The usual standard working tools are used (Confluence, Jira, Microsoft 365). We provide the licenses and user accounts.

- For the developer tools used in the team (IDE etc.) we provide the licenses.

Language: Fluent, business fluent German and English, written and verbal mandatory.
