On behalf of our client, a globally leading travel retail company, we are looking for an International Reporting Solutions Manager. For this perm position, our client is looking for an English-speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. What you can expect:

• Lead the implementation and integration of the architecture for Reporting solutions following best practices based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements
• Manage the Global Reporting team, foster internal knowledge sharing and grow the function in accordance with value-add opportunities
• Ensure high quality, timely and tailored analysis & reporting of business-critical information Continuously challenging and enriching the analytics & reporting portfolio with a constant communication with Local teams and Top Management
• Define and document the guidelines and standards to ensure product-based decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state architecture vision
• Engage with Heads, Technical Leads, Business Analysts and Product Managers within and across the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture and corporate strategy
• Support developers on the most complex solution design and delivery, which requires strong confident hands-on development expertise while using the latest analysis techniques in the field of advanced analytics and modeling methodologies
• Manage ad-hoc requests for special and / or deeper business performance

What they expect from you:

• Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, systems analysis or a related study
• 5+ years in a similar management role
• Experience in Microsoft Reporting (SSRS, SSAS) and Power BI (DAX), and a good understanding of enterprise-scale reporting operations are necessary
• MicroStrategy knowledge will be appreciated
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data services such as Azure SQL DB is a plus
• Experience of delivering Reporting enterprise solutions in Azure would be an advantage, as would knowledge of SQL data sources and SAP technologies including SAP BW
• Ability to understand the long-term "big picture" and short-term perspectives of situations
• Exposure to multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments
• Experience in leveraging any of the Advanced Analytics techniques to improve the reporting insights of a company is a plus
• Experiences working in a global environment
• Very process oriented, hands-on and able to handle pressure
• Highly motivated, flexible and team oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible and dynamic approach to resolving issues
• Excellent oral and written skills in English - any other languages would be an asset
